What Does RBC In Urine Analysis Indicate?

just got my urinalysis back with everything negative except rbc 10-20 bacteria few color yellow /clear note speciman quality multiple organisms present each less than 10,000 CFU/mL. these organisms commonly found on external and internal genitalia considered to be colonizers??? do I have an infection the dr. took another urine sample thank you
