What Does A Blood Pressure Of 140/82 Mean ?

my blood pressure is usually somewhere around 140/80... what does that mean? just went to the doctor, got a number of blood tests done and cholesterol levels are perfect, everything else is perfect as well.

When you take your blood pressure, do it 3 times and then average it out. that should be the mean pressure of your blood. Do not count on one reading because measuring yourself 1 time will mislead you. your systolic is high but your diastolic is damn near perfect. Just keep excersizing.
