What Does A Boil On The Right Breast Indicate?

I woke up one morning with what looked like a boil on my right side of my breast. Was not there when i went to bed. A little fluid came out, not much was red and very sore, it is all healed over but left a small lump. Is this something i should have looked at, still some pain when i push on it?

Hi,

Breast skin has sebaceous and sweat glands which when blocked can lead to infection. Small lump now left behind will regress on its own. Nothing to worry.
