What Does A Bruise On The Foot Indicate?

hi ive recently noticed a 10p sized bruise on the top of my foot with a whiter centre to it , im just a bit perplexed as i cant remember hitting hit on anything , doesnt seem to have faded much over the past few days , no pain with it . theres no blood disorders in family , im 25 mum of 4 and lead an active lifestyle , ive just never had a bruise with a white centre to it before

As per your history, the white dot in the centre of bruise signifies some insect bite. Anyway, visit a local doctor and he will be able to find the cause by examining bruise.
