What Does A Bruise On The Forearm Indicate?

I have a bulleye bruise on my forearm. looks like a bulleye with a single puncture wound in the middle, natural color around puncture, then bruising around that. I was doing yard work and didn t notice it until the next day. Not aware of being bitten, but that is what it looks like. No pain, but there is a small lump where the puncture wound is and the brusing is about an inch around the natural colored skin. Thank you, Alma Nackard

Hi,

It can be an allergic response known as wheal.

Nothing much to worry and it will set in couple of days.

As of now, you can take antihistamines like Pheniramine for faster recovery.

You can consult a physician in case of symptoms like itching or in case the lesion expands in size.
