What Does A Fluid Filled Bump On Buttock Indicate?

My 4 year old daughter has a fluid filled bump on her buttock that she says hurts. I am not sure if it is an insect bite or not. It started out small like a little pimple and now, 2 days later, it is about the size of an orange seed and soft to the touch.

It can be pus filled papular lesion which is due to bacterial infection.. Apply t bact oinment locally three times..if size is increasing or she is getting fever we need to star oral antibiotics..
