i have a squidgy mass in my scrotum connected to my testicle. the mass seems to go into my abdomen as i cant get my fingers above it. i have had this for over 7 years. i feel no pain. i have just noticed a small lump on my groin on my lymph node. what could it be. i also have been feeling nausea the last month or so
