What Does A Lump In The Breast Indicate?

Hi.This is writing from Tehran Iran, male 72 years old.I was with a friend of mine last night and I noticed his breast deformed with something like a tumor hard in his left breast. Well, this was not something I would say weird when I myself have noticed such a deformation in my breast with the difference that I have no pain, no tumor-like swell (if I m right for the word!) and in fact nothing to worry unless the shape which looks like women. I read in the Internet that this is typically a breast change due to the imbalance of Testosterone and Progesterone in the elder ages. My friend has been having CABERLINE 0.5 for over 3 years yet under treatment by his doctor with no certain idea his doctor has given to him what exactly the situation is whether a threat of cancer or what? I would appreciate your instructions. Thanks Moezi
