What Does A Lump Of Skin Around Bladder Repair Site Indicate?

I had a bladder repair two years ago and now have a Skin Tags protruding - the specialist (not the one who did the surgery) said it was skin not removed after stiching me up, so now I have this lump of skin left behind - is it dangerious or turn to cancer.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have bladder repair surgery. You may have some skin left at time of surgery or some hypertrophic scar. Don't worry about cancer. You should go for minor surgical procedures to remove that. Consult your surgeon and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
