What Does A Lump On Left Side Of Face Just Below The Cheek Bone Indicate?

Yes I have a lump on the left side of my face, just below the cheek bone. When clinching my teeth the lump seems to become more physically detectable. On the other side there is also a lump but its not inflamed or swollen. On the left side there is not really pain but an ache in the area. It is movable within a certain parameter. It is not as hard as a rock but it is pretty firm. I understand that there lymph nodes in this area on both sides of the cheek. It feels if it is growing gradually since I first noticed it three weeks ago. It started out as half the size of a pea and just round. Now its grown to about the size of a pea and is swelled length wise on a horizontal axis. Note the rounder portion of the lump is closer to the ear while the swelling is gradually moving horizontally towards the center of my face. But the general area remains the same, below cheek bone, left side, inline with upper jaw, midway between the ear and center of the face.
