What Does A Painful Indentation Below The Breasts Indicate?

Hi. I have noticed that there is indention at the center of the top of my ribs/right below breast. At times it hurts, but not sure if its something that should be looked at, or if its just the way my body is. What could have caused this? Just now realizing its there.

You have to get an X-ray done to rule out any possibility of fractures.
