Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query, and here is my advice
If this is the skin lesion then it could be pigmentation changes, chances of ring worm infection is likely some time it may not cause the itching, let me inform you as long as the skin lesion or changes are concern, clinical examination is must and it is the only option for diagnosis it is in fact art of looking, else different, different, ideas can be thought without actual examination of skin, if no symptoms are there then it may be nonspecific but it needs to be kept under observation for any changes.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.
