What Does A Skin Like Bump From Anal Opening Indicate?

Hi this a weird question but I'm have to ask it. I am 14. And I have had this kind of like a bump (of squishy skin) coming out of my butt hole. I am not jokeing around I have had this for several days. At first I thought it would go away when I poop. Then it didn't so I tryed pushing it back in. And it will not and it hurts. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I play sports and push my body pretty hard. I am being completely seriose about all this. I just kind of don't want my parents knowing, so any help would be great. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern and I can understand your problem the lesion that you see could be pile in other word this is hemorrhoid and in my opinion possibility of this need to be ruled out and for this it is better to go for clinical examination if this is the pile then it is to be treated accordingly take care and have a nice day.
