What Does A Small Indentation In Middle Of The Thigh Indicate?

i have a small indentaion in the middle of the thigh its not painful at all in fact it docent bother me at all i just would like to know what caused it, it seem to just appear over night . I ve been working out a lot so i thought i could just be a pull in my muscle but i don t know.
