What Does A Sore Spot In The Throat Indicate?
Hi. Ive had a sore spot on my throat for 3 + months, starting at the base of my tongue. It has spreat to the other side of my lower tongue, and now my tongue is burning/numb on the l left side. I did a taste test, and I cannot tell what is being put on that part of the tongue. Other syymptoms: fatigue, coughing, etc... Is it possible I have cancer?

at this time we cannot say for a cancer.
a loss of taste sensation is an ailment with the taste buds at that particular area.plz continue with regular rexidine mouth girgle along with a oraflora tab and do consult at ent opd for persistent symptoms.
mostly such sores go away after sometime of their own.are you having any habits of tobacco??
