Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Your childs reports suggest that he was suffering from gastrointestinal infection causing pus cell and rbc in stool which has now cleared after treatment. But if your child was hospitalised ideally a stool culture if done could have determined the causative organism. But now if he has no symptoms and only 1 pus cell in stool per hpf then it means he has recovered.
Thanks
