You have absolutely normal findings. Uterus is normal with no lesion inside it. Both Fallopian tubes are patent and there is free intraperitoneal spillage of contrast medium bilaterally.It is normal finding. Few iatrogenically introduced air bubbles are noted,it is procedure related.Some times air get enter during injection of contrast and it is normal. Hope i have answered your query.
