General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Enlarge duodenum could be due to the duodenitis, any lesion in the duodenum like polyp, any growth and obstruction.
I would suggest to consult the Gastroenterologist and take proper traetment.
Tablet Pantoprazole daily before breakfast
Syrup mucaine before the meal
Avoid eating junk and spicy foods.
And maintain a regular feeding habit.
Take light food like banana, rice, applesauce, yogurt, buttermilk, curd
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
