What Does An Indentation On The Nose Indicate?

2 weeks ago I had a small indentation from top of head going toward the nose, now the indentation is much larger and is longer now, almost to the forehead. I have had no recent head injury. It seems that it is on one of the sutures. I am going to see if it keeps progressing in the next 2 weeks before I have a CT done. I am not having any headaches, dizziness, or any vision problems then what I already have. Can you tell me what you think is causing this?
