What Does An Indentation On The Nose Indicate?

I just got home and I noticed my nose looked funny, the frontal part of it feels detached and the underside has an indent no running up and down, similar to the filtrum on my lip. I know something is definitely off because the shape is different and my breathing seems harder. If anyone could give me an explanation that would be greatly appreciated.

u might hv a dns. bt one cant be sure unless its checked physically n a xray should be taken. please visit a doctor soon
