good day! what is the meaning of these impressions on my TVS? anteverted average sized uterus with myoma nodules as described, thickened hyperechoic endometrium, polycystic ovaries, positive free fluid in the cul-de-sac. please answer me,ill be seeing my of my gynecologist on friday but i want to know what are these? pleasr help me.thanks.

Fibroid must be small in size hence measurements not given. But need further tests to confirm the polycystic ovarian disease.
