What Does Bacteria In Stools Of A Baby Indicate?

My baby is 3rd month old.. And her fecalysis result is
Consistency: soft
Color : light yellow
Pus cells: o-2 /hpf
Red blood cells: 0-1/hpf
Ascaris Lumbricoides : none
Trichuris trichiura : none
Entamoeba hystolytica : none
Entamoeba coli: none
Bacteria : many

--what does it mean? do she have amoebiasis?

well presence of bacteria should be further explained,beacause it may be normal gut flora or harmful bacteria,which then needs treatment.
no your baby does not have amebiasis.
