I have been looking after my 12 month old grandson andd his breath smells like garlic when i change his nappy there is no odour from his urine he was 8 weeks premature and had breathing problems he also stopped breathing when he was feeding and at 8 weeks had a endoscopy which showed osphageal reflux and was on Ranatidine Gaviscon and many others but now he no longer needs this can you help.
