What Does Biloculated Cyst On An Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hey after suffering with severe pains on my right lower abdomen. i was told to do an ultrasound. the ultrasound report results were as follows a biloculated cyst 6.5cm x 3.8cm x 5.0 cm = 68.3cc was seen in the right ovary. The left ovary measures 5.61cc. Should i be worried and what advise can i receive on this.

Hello,

Detailed evaluation is required to make out the character of the cyst. A tumor marker study called CA-125 is required.

A CECT abdomen is required for better visualization. Consult a gynecologist and he will direct you accordingly.
