I saw black hard particles in stool with constipation and pain.what does it mean? my age is 49 and had total hystrectomy in two years ago.is it colonoscopy nessasory Thanks

Thanks for posting our query

Instead of going for colonoscopy get your stool examined first

Control constipation by taking high fiber in your diet in form of green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of fluids orally and excercise atleast five days a week
