What Does Bleeding After Taking Mefigest Indicate?

I got intimate on 28/10. My expected cycle is on 30/10 i waited 3 more days it to happen on 5 day i had a pregnancy test and its positive. I took mefigest on 5the day only. After taking 2nd dose small colt of bleeding happed but after dat there is no. Bleeding. Wat does it mean.

Hallow Dear,

Since you got some bleeding after Tab. Mifegest, which is Mifepristone, you may attribute it to the medicine. However, for successful termination of pregnancy, you have to follow Tab. Misoprostol 24-48 hours after Tab. Mifepristone. These tablets complete the abortion.

Now my suggestion is to go for ultrasonography to confirm whether only with Mifepristone you have aborted completely (which is very unlikely). If your abortion is complete, nothing need be done; however, if products of conception are noticed in the uterine cavity, you have following options:

1. Repeat Tab. Mifepristone which should be followed by Tab. Misoprostol 24-48 hours after. Please take these medicines only by Gynaecologist's advice. They are not 'over the counter' medicines. If this also fails or alternatively,

2. You may opt of surgical evacuation of uterus by MVA or any other method.

These medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby. Hence, now you are on the point of no return. Please do not revert your decision to continuation of pregnancy. Please avail one of the above mentioned methods to terminate the pregnancy.
