What Does Blood In The Stool Indicate?

i have had blood in my poop that begun 3hrs ago. I am 38, 1.45m and have a history of low blood pressure and anemia. I weigh 39kg. I have a full time job. What could be wrong with me?. My period is due in 13 days so those are the only symptoms I have. There is no pain or inflammation

Blood in tge stool mean that you may have bowel problems including:
- Gastritis
- Gastric ulcer
- Crohn's disease
- Tumoral disease

You should do upper endoscopy and colonoscopy to find out what is causing your symptoms.
