Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query .

Blood in urine that you have is mostly due to inflammation of urethra that developed due to rough and vigorous shaking of your penis while masturbating .

However other causes of urine in blood like infection ,and enlarged prostate has to be ruled out .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Avoid to masturbate frequently .
