What Does Bloody Stools, Headache & Cramps Suggest?

I have blood in stool (no pain) sometimes. Immediately followed by headache. heavy cramps, my body gets into a freezing state (very cold) Iand I usually huddle in a corner for warmth .after an hour or so passes and I m left with headache. I have a history of hemorroids. What do I have?
