Hello
Bradycardia. A resting heart rate of less than 60 beats / minute of an adult is known as bradycardia .
While if there is a type of impulse conduction disorder in which conduction block occurs at slow rate is known as sinus braducardia ( S. bradycardia ). Possible lateral infarct (age undetermined ) means heart attack ( infarct sometimes back ( duration or period of attack date is not known.
At the age of 53 years , bradycardia with possible infarct is concerning .
You need to investigated with E K G & ECHOCARDIOGRAM to isolate the case. I would recommend you visit a " CARDIOLOGIST " at the earliest & sort out this problem.
Good luck.
