What Does Brown Spots In Eye Indicate?
having just been for a eye and Glaucoma test the optian said eyes have not changed in 2 years and no problem with pressure behind eye but he notice 4 brown spots in eye he had not noticed before
said he would see me again in six months to check they are not cancerous and not grown

You have not given the location of spot at conjunctiva , cornea or retina. there isno link between brown spot and glaucoma.I presume it to melanoma at some point. If so then it requires time to time observation to check its size.
