What Does Bulky Uterus In Ultrasound Suggest?
ultrasound report says: 1. bulky uterus with minimal coarse myometrial echotexture. 2. small cystic space of approx 11mm corresponding to 5 weeks and 1 days noted with in endometrial cavity without any obvious fetal pole and yolk sac. 3. Cervical OS is closed. 4. Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture. 5. No adnexal mass lesion is seen. OPINION: 1. Bulky Uterus With Minimal coarse myometrial echotexture. 2. small cystic space corresponding to 5 weeks and 1 days within endometrial cavity without any obvious fetal pole and yolk sac ... possibly early intrauterine gestational sac (as patient giving history of positive UTP). ADV- Follow up USG After 3 weeks for Fetal Pole 31 years female. 75 kgs. 5 feet, 2 inch height, 1 child with caeserian operation (son - 2 years 3 months old). No major medical problems (slightly low hemoglobin and calcium density).

USG finding suggests that uterus is enlarged in size and there is single G-sac in the uterine cavity measuring 11 mm and corresponds to 5 weeks and 1 days.Fetal pole and yolk sac is not visualized at present.
You need follow up USG after 3 weeks.
Proper treatment depend upon follow up USG findings.So,you should wait till next USG.
It is good that other findings like ovaries,adnexa,cervix etc are normal.
