past one month i have right side burning sensation not contiously it will get cure after gas released one week i took pan 20 tablet for 5 days now 95% i am okay in addition to that so many home remedies one month i took more butter milk,asforteio power vendhyam water dry ginger powder tender coconut less oily spice food less no-veg

it is secondary to increased acidity causing gastritis..so as u have done take bland diet regularly with plenty of fruits and water..avoid smoking or alcohol if any
