Posterior pharynx also needs to be examined.. Chest x ray done ...If needed spirometry also done ... If evidence of brinchoconstriction by investigation bronchodilator can be given .. If seems lower respi infection then antibiotic given ... If needed short term steroid can be given... Steam inhalation can be useful.... Drink hot water .... Avoid smoking... Take care ...
