my blood pressure is 104/62
my body fat is 22.8% my bmi is 22.7%
total cholesterol is 158
HDL is 77

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The given parameter does not suggest any medical condition or pathological changes unless if you have some symptoms else it is nothing to worry, and nothing much can be done.

Everything seems to be in normal range, only thing is if the cholesterol level is high, then it has to be controlled with diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Husain
