What Does Clear/white Strings In Urine Indicate?

I am a male, age 31, who has been having stomach cramping for about a month. Two nights ago I noticed long clear/white "strings" in my urine. Last night I saw the same but one was definitely moving. Even my wife agreed. (The other one in the toilet was not.) I did a juice only fast last week trying to get my stomach to calm down and I noticed that not only did my stomach not stop cramping, but my tongue turned white. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the Healthcaremagic.com
I have read your query thoroughly.

* The white strings in urine indicate possible shedding of epithelial cells
from urinary bladder through effect of cystitis via urinary infection.
* I recommend to undertake a prescription of urine from your doctor and
consult with report in follow up interaction.

You are always welcome for further questions here.
Thanks.
