What Does Cold Hands/feet In A Baby While On Amoxicillin/Tempera Indicate?

My baby is 9 Months and has been sick since Friday, he has a stuffy/runny nose, and a cough. Ive called the health links nurse and she told me to bring him in Monday because he didnt have a high temperature but felt pretty warm to me. Now hes on amoxicillan and tempra but just not i felt his head and body and its hot. Now his hands and feet are cold. Im getting worried. What should i do?

After antibiotics and tempra, it is common for body temperature to go down.
It could be due to mild dehydration too
Dont worry.
Just avoid tempra if there is no fever.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated.
