What Does Cold Urine Along With Terrible Stomach Pain Signify Stomach Ulcer?

I just felt this morning that my urine was cold, is this normal? another thing is i suspect that i may have ulcers, looking at my pattern of eating, most times i only drink coffee the whole day only to eat food in the afternoon, now i have terrible pains in my stomach which normal attacks early hours of the morning, could this be ulcer?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of terrible pains in stomach which attacks early hours of the morning, drink coffee all the time and take food in the afternoon only, and feels that the urine is cold.
The early morning severe pain in the stomach is most probably due to hyper-acidity and may be ulcer of the stomach with secondary changes in the lower esophagus if there is burning below the sternum also.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Go for a proper diet and medicines- you will be fine:::
*Soft bland diet without oil and spices.
*Ranitidine 150 twice daily.
*Domperidone thrice daily.
*Antacid gel 3 tea-spoon-full every 3 hours, the first dose on getting up.
If you do not get relief within 1 week - go for upper GI Endoscopy and a consultation with Gastroenterologist.
