What Does Constant Nausea And Soft Stools Indicate?
Hi, I have had constant nausea (no vomiting) for last 10 days, along with soft stools/diarrhoea. No abdominal pain. Blood tests are normal. Stool test - no results yet. I feel so unwell - unable to drive or go to work. No appetite. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Hello,
Many causes of loose stools and nausea. Possible causes are acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance or malabsorption syndrome or gallbladder and liver problems etcetera.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid caffeinated drinks. Use tablet Sporlac thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
