What Does Constant Pain On The Right Side Of The Chest Indicate?

I am feeling a constant pain on right side of my chest above the breast and below the shoulder. What could that be a symptom of. I do have degenerative disk disease and go 2X a week for phys therapy. My pains have always been worse on the right side.

itcan be costochondritis. take mri and consult thoracic surgeon.strapping can be done and immobilized right side of chest movment. can apply analgesic ointment and apply warm compression. take analgesic like tab combiflam.
