What Does Constant Pulsing Sensation In Stomach With Bloating Mean?

Hi my name is Claire I m 40 years old and for about 5 or so weeks now I have been getting a constant pulsing sensation in my stomach feel like when I was pregnant except I know I m def not expecting a baby , it s really starting to get me down and worry me , also my stomach is bloating . ? Please any answers is greatly appreciated claire

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis resulting in increased acidity and gas production.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
An ultrasound of abdomen will be helpful.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
2.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
3.Avoid excess of tea and coffee.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes.
6.Avoid emotional and mental stress.
7.Drink lots of water daily.

You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
