What Does Constant Urge To Urinate And Bloating Without Any Pain Indicate?
I have a constant feeling of having to urinate. Started a couple days ago. It feels like I have to go really bad, but when I go it s only a little bit. It doesn t hurt like a UTI (I know what that feels like)...so I am wondering why this is happening. I also feel so bloated. I just got over my period so I should not be feeling bloated.
Hello Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urge to pass urine frequently .
This is most likely to be due to either UTI or what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome (OAB).
Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
If problem persists you may need to take anti muscuranic drugs like Solifenacin or Darifenacin once daily which reduce the bladder spasms and there by help to reduce urge to pass urine.
