What Does Cramping, Nausea, Gas And Diarrhoea Indicate?

So I had sex about 4 or 5 days ago. Unknowingly it was a day I was fertile. For the past 3 days I have been experiencing cramping, nausea, gas, and diharria. Is this a possible sign of pregnancy or STI or maybe just a stomach bug? Please let me know what u think

Dear, you did not mention whether you had unprotected intercourse. If so, this can be of concern however, just 4-5 days of symptomatic history cannot be related to pregnancy. Onset of pregnancy symptoms usually occurs more later so this could be stomach infection and may be your periods are on way. Although if you miss your period, go for home tests!
