What Does Crunching Sound Due To Back Arching Backwards Indicate?

Hello I'm hoping you can help me I was playing with my 19 month old son and his back arched backwards. It made a crunch sound. He wasn't in any pain and has not shown any signs of discomfort. I'm just worried that there could be some kind of effect from what happened.

Hi,

If child is comfort then no worry, if you more concerned that problem give only vitamin D supplementation, otherwise no need if no sign and symptom present.
