I am 14wks 6days and this morning I noticed bright red blood after using the restroom. I went to my ob/gyn office. They performed the ultrasound and found a fluid filled cyst in my placenta. My blood type is A- so the doctor made me take rhogam. I am unsure as to how concerned I should be with this cyst as the doctor did not give me to much information on it. All he said was that if there is anymore bleeding that I would need to be seen immediately and that they would watch it. I also have to recieve rhogam shots every twelve weeks. So how concerned do you think that I should be about this problem as it is my fifth pregnancy and I have never had a issue with the placenta before?
There are always ups and downs in pregnancy, and in my opinion, for now, the level of stress should be mild and not more than that. Each pregnancy encounters hurdles, but your doctors are there to battle them. Stay stress-free, and things will only get better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
