What Does Delayed Periods With Negative UPT Indicate?

Hi there, So here s my question: I am 21, engaged, and my fiance and I slept together for the first time about a month ago. I was on the 4th day of my cycle and I took Plan B or the Morning After Pill the day after. But I have missed my period for 2 days now and am starting to wonder if I am really pregnant. I took a pregnancy test about a week ago, and it was negative. Could the test be wrong? I know it shouldn t seem possible, but I am beginning to worry. Thanks for your help

1. Yes, possibilities of being false negative are there. (not in your case - generally)
2.Urine pregnancy gives 97% accuracy about pregnancy after a missed period.
3.First thing you had coital activity on fourth day of cycle - possibilities of pregnancy are bill. On the top morning after pill. There is no chance to be pregnancy.
4.For early detection, blood BHCG will give early and confirmatory for pregnancy.
5.For future recommend to avoid unprotected sex to avoid this confusions.
