What Does Diastolic Dysfunction With Mild CHF, And Moderate Regurgitation Of 3 Valves Indicate?

I have diastolic dysfunction with mild CHF, and moderate regurgitation of 3 valves. My family members all die of cornary artery disease. I have "normal" stress thallium tests...my question is what % of blockage leads to "normal" results? I am 67 year old female weight 170.
