What Does Dry Mouth With Yellow Urine & Fluctuating Temperatures Suggest?

Hi. I am a 31 year old male from Bangladesh. I recently lost my child. Ever since the incident, I have been facing a number of health issues. Initially, the groin and crotch areas used to ache. But I could not localize the pain, I went to doctors in Bangladesh and after finding my blood tests, urinalysis and USG normal, they told me that the problems could be due to depression. I was given Setra 50 miligrams, which helps me sleep. However, recently, I tend to wake up with dry and tasteless mouth. My urine is yellowish. However, when i drink water through the day the urine becomes normal again. I also feel slight chills around the evening. I have checked the temperatures to find that these fluctuate between 96 and 98.5. Is this anything serious?

THE COMPLAIN OF DRYNESS OF MOUTH IS KNOWN SIDE EFFECT OF THE ANTIDEPRESSANT U R CURRENTLY ON. AS FAR AS DISCOLORATION OF URINE IS CONCERNED, IT A NORMAL PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSE DAT U R OBSERVING. IT IS NOT SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT EXCEPT DAT U MIGHT LAND UP INTO DEHYDRATION BECAUSE OF POOR WATER INTAKE.
THE TEMPERATURE RANGE U QUOTE IS WELL WITHIN NORMAL RANGE.
