What Does Early Delivery Indicate?

I am just over 35 +3 weeks and my doctor just did an ultra sound and said I have fairly high amniotic fluid. She said since I dont have gestational diabetes, then it could mean the baby might come earlier. I am curious to hear another opinion, and interested to know how early is earlier. My baby apparently already weighs 7 lbs. How early are we talking? (Fyi my first and only other baby came a week early).

Hello dear ,I understand your concern. In my opinion 37 weeks is considered as term.Delivery earlier means before 37 weeks. As the fluid amount is more chances of preterm labour will be more.Thats what your doctor meant. But it might not be definite but the chances are there. As the baby is 7 lbs and you are 35+3 you need notworry.Take rest.Avoid physical strain.
