What Does Elevated Colony Count In My Urine Test Indicate?

i have 31 years a have a baby of 10 months via c section i do on february a urine culture but i forget today i got the results that said
colony count over 100,000 cols/ml
result pure growth of citrobacter koseri org: 01

what does mean? i have a problem? i have a cosmetic surgery the next weeki cant?

Hi, I think you have got a urine infection. You may need some antibiotics according to the culture reports. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. you can go ahead with your surgery.
